Part Programming
Need a special component made on your machine? If you have the drawing, our engineers will write the program to process the part to specifications. We use the latest version of intelligent manufacturing CAD/CAM software systems for the preparation of nearly all of our NC programs. This method brings less risk of errors in copying, reading or constructing from drawings but if cad drawings are not available we are able to construct from traditional drawings or sample components.

Time Estimates
If you need an accurate time estimate for costing or quoting purposes then let us do it for you. We use our own time estimation software ESTIpro which has been developed by our own engineers to produce accurate component time estimations. Once the initial estimate is complete it is presented in a readable detailed report which shows all the relevant data from tools, cutting data, strokes, speeds and feeds. Any changes are easily done within minutes should you require them.

Process Evaluation
Another pair of eyes, an independent view. We will look at the process and evaluate its capabilities suggesting improvements or changes, this could be anything from loading to unloading the cell, fixtures, tooling and even the process itself.

Tooling Development
With our vast knowledge of the manufacturing industries we have a lot of expertise and contacts in the tooling sector, if you have an idea speed up or remove tools we can advise and follow that idea through, we may be able to suggest and design a tool of our own that will reduce cycle times.

Re-Engineering
Long running components are always forgotten generally because they are long running and people say 'if it isn't broke don't fix it', but this is usually an area where a cost or time reduction can reap benefits. We are entering a new manufacturing era where integrated production meets advanced technology and we can apply this to provide a flexible and workable solution across a wide range of components or processes.

Then we can help you overcome this shortage of resource. We are able to cover days, nights or weekends in addition to some bank holidays. We can supply production engineers when you need short term cover, do proposals and time estimates, train your production staff or just program that new job which will bring another new customer on stream
