Part Programming

Need a special component made on your machine? If you have the drawing, our engineers will write the program to process the part to specifications

We use the latest version of edgecam intelligent manufacturing CAD/CAM software for the preparation of nearly all of our NC programs. You can send us your CAD generated component drawings via e-mail, floppy disk or CD and in any format (DXF, IGES, DWG etc.) for us to supply a full NC program in any format for any control.

This method brings less risk of errors in copying, reading or constructing from drawings but if cad drawings are not available we are able to construct from traditional drawings or sample components.

If minor changes or edits are required it is easy to do.
