Barcode option
If you use long filenames or wish to have more control over what programs get loaded to machine you can use a barcode scanner to send the command and filename.
Barcodes can easily be printed on standard printers from within CNCLINK.
The barcode contains either the filename on the computer or if it is a long filename the barcode will be short reference to the long filename.
Just as Option 1 but barcodes are generated for scanning at the CNC Machine which generates the request. Two scan operation – command then filename. Barcode printing is included in the CNCLINK or this can be integrated within the Customers job sheet/production control software
Machine monitoring.
We have recently been asked about real time machine monitoring and this is currently at the beginning of development. This will be an additional option at extra cost,
