Inbuilt CAD Fully integrated, machinist-friendly CAD with time saving functions. Quick definition of areas for facing, pocketing, grooving and drilling operations. Geometry can be imported from DXF, IGES and text files, and exported as DXF files.
Tools and FS libraries Separate tool libraries and FS libraries for each tool manufacturer. Wide variety of unique tool types including form tools. Detailed machine data library with parameters critical for calculating the cycle time accurately. ¡Libraries can be completely configured by the user, and tool manufacturers can be added or deleted.
Knowledge based machining operations Machining operations are easily programmable through single step functions. Each operation has a unique and efficient tool path. Tool gouge is automatically prevented. Wide variety of unique machining operations.
NC programs Canned cycles are output, and repetitive motions are automatically output as subprograms. Contouring motions can be output with tool compensation commands (G41/42) or the tool center path calculated by the software. Versatile generic postprocessor builder quickly defines NC program format for any combination of machine tool and controller.
Automatic shop floor documentation
Cycle time sheet Accurate cycle time calculation for job quotes and scheduling. Extremely accurate - error 1% or less. Axes and spindle acceleration / deceleration are considered. Execution time for all miscellaneous functions is considered.Tools list List of tools, tool position numbers and offset numbers for machine setting. Spindle power graph Operation-wise power requirement enables spindle power to be used optimally.
